Terms of Use
Last updated October 14, 2026. Grail Break is in beta.
1. Who we are and what this covers
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of grailbreak.cards and the Grail Break application, including breaks, solo pulls, hosting, Pro status, referrals, chat and streaming features (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Grail Break ("Grail Break", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live.
- You may not use the Service where it is unlawful to do so. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you.
- We may refuse, limit or close access at any time, including where we suspect fraud, abuse, sanctions exposure or a breach of these Terms.
3. Your wallet and your account
- Signing in creates or links a Solana wallet for you through Privy, our wallet provider. Seats are paid from that wallet in USDC, and cards you pull land in it.
- You are responsible for everything done with your wallet and your account, and for keeping your sign-in method and any exported key private. If you export your private key, anyone who holds it controls the wallet.
- Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot reverse a payment, recover tokens sent to the wrong address, or restore a wallet whose key was lost or shared.
- Card and bank funding is handled by third-party onramps (for example Stripe or MoonPay) under their own terms and availability, which vary by region.
4. What you are buying
- A seat is a place in a break: a set of sealed gacha packs from Collector Crypt, dealt to seats at random once every seat is paid. A solo pull is one such pack opened for you alone.
- Every pack contains a graded trading card ("slab") held in Collector Crypt's insured vault. The slab is delivered to your wallet as an NFT. From Collector Crypt you can keep it, ship the physical slab, or sell it back where a buyback is offered.
- Seat prices are the packs' sticker cost on Collector Crypt plus the fees shown on the break, split evenly across seats and rounded up to the next dollar. The fees are shown before you buy.
- Results are random. Packs are paid for before the deal, and the deal uses on-chain randomness (ORAO) you can verify. Neither Grail Break nor a host can choose who gets which card.
- Collectible values change. The card you receive may be worth more or less than the seat price. We make no promise about the value of any card or that you will receive any particular card.
5. Holds, payments and refunds
- Choosing a seat holds it briefly while you pay. A hold that is not paid in time is released.
- Nothing is purchased until every seat in a break is paid. If a break closes without filling, or is cancelled, every paid seat is refunded in USDC to the wallet that paid for it.
- Once a break has filled and its packs have been bought, seats cannot be refunded or transferred.
- A wallet may hold at most two seats in any one break.
6. Sell-backs
Where Collector Crypt offers an instant buyback for a card you pulled, you can accept it from your account during the buyback window. The price and the window are set by Collector Crypt. A buyback is final once accepted. Grail Break does not set buyback prices and does not guarantee that a buyback will be offered.
7. Hosting breaks, Pro status and breaker levels
- Pro status is earned by activity on the Service (currently $250 of seats and solo pulls in a rolling 30 days) and lapses when that activity ages out. It is not sold, cannot be transferred, and the rules may change.
- Pro members may host breaks. A host earns the share of the box set by their breaker level, paid when the break fills. Levels are based on hosting and spending history and may be recalculated if we find errors or abuse.
- Hosts must describe breaks truthfully, must not open seats they do not intend to run, and must follow any streaming rules we publish. We may close, cancel or refund a break at our discretion, including when a host does not show.
- Hosts may boost a break by paying part of the box up front. A boost on a cancelled break is returned to the host.
8. Rewards, gifts and referrals
- We may send free pulls, USDC or other rewards at our discretion. They have no cash value until used as described, may expire, and do not count toward Pro status.
- Referral programs, where offered, pay a share of fees as described on the Service. We may change or end them at any time. Self-referrals, fake accounts or paid traffic schemes forfeit earnings.
9. Fees
Break seats carry a 3.5% break fee, shared between Grail Break and the host by level. Grail Break also receives a partner fee from Collector Crypt on packs and buybacks on our adopted machines; that fee is paid by Collector Crypt, not added to your price. Network fees for transactions we build are paid by Grail Break. Onramp providers charge their own fees.
10. Acceptable use
- No bots, scripts or multiple accounts to get around seat limits, holds, Pro rules or referral rules.
- No attacks on the Service, its wallets or its users; no attempts to influence the deal or the randomness.
- No unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing content in chat, profiles, stream titles or break names.
- No use of the Service to launder money or evade sanctions.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, cancel breaks and withhold payouts connected to a breach.
11. Third parties
Cards, vaulting, shipping and buybacks are provided by Collector Crypt. Wallets and funding are provided by Privy and its onramp partners. Randomness is provided by ORAO. Streams may be delivered through third-party video services. Each has its own terms, and we are not responsible for their services, outages or prices.
12. Beta software
The Service is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed. We may reset non-financial data, and we do not promise uptime. We try hard to keep money safe, but you use beta software at your own risk.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any card will hold a particular value. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Grail Break and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost tokens, lost cards or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Grail Break for the seat or pull the claim concerns in the 30 days before the claim.
15. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases, pulls, payouts, sell-backs and rewards.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Grail Break is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms: reach the team through the Grail Break Telegram or the contact details on the Service.
